Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, health information, or other information that is not needed for your inquiry or appointment.

How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you complete a contact, Buyer Profile, appointment, service-area, or related website form; when you call, email, or text us; and automatically through ordinary website hosting, security, and diagnostic processes.

How we use information

We may use information to:

• respond to questions and provide requested real estate or homeowner-service information;
• verify a service address and determine eligibility for complimentary services;
• check availability, create and manage appointments, and prevent duplicate bookings;
• send communications you request or consent to receive;
• create or update a customer or prospect record and preserve communication preferences;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and its forms;
• maintain business records and comply with legal, regulatory, brokerage, and professional obligations; and
• protect the rights, safety, property, and integrity of visitors, clients, The QT Group, and others.

Address verification and location information

When you check a service address, the address is submitted to Google address-validation and routing services to confirm the address and calculate normal driving distance and duration. We use the result to determine complimentary-service eligibility. We do not display our private service-area origin address to website visitors.

A street address may be considered precise location information. Please submit only an address for which you are authorized to request service.

How information is disclosed

We may disclose information to service providers only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Current providers and categories include:

• Google Cloud, for website hosting and technical operations;
• Google Maps Platform services, for address validation and route calculations;
• Google Calendar and Google Workspace, for appointment scheduling and internal email notifications; and
• BoldTrail, for contact and customer-relationship management.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, in connection with a business reorganization or transfer, or with your direction or consent. Service providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Sale of information and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. The website does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. If these practices change, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

Email communications and opting out

Appointment, inquiry-response, and other service-related emails are used to provide information you requested. Optional marketing emails are separate and are not required to submit an inquiry or book a complimentary service.

You may withdraw from optional marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe instructions in the message or by emailing hello@theqtgroup.com with your request. We may still send non-marketing communications needed to respond to you, administer an appointment, or meet legal obligations.

SMS communications and opting out

If you separately agree to receive SMS messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Consent to optional marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing, receiving real estate assistance, submitting an inquiry, or requesting a complimentary service.

Reply STOP to a message to opt out of SMS communications from that messaging program. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information below. We may send one final message confirming an opt-out request. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we process your personal information and request access, correction, or deletion. You may also withdraw consent for future optional communications or ask about our use or disclosure of your information.

Send a request to hello@theqtgroup.com and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request. If we deny a request covered by applicable law, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our decision.

Retention

This website is intended for adults seeking homeowner services or real estate information and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
